Current conference was a part of the two days event on Tajikistan followed by cultural program.
The conference aimed to highlight the achievements and challenges of development in Tajikistan in light of the recent progress of the country towards democratic and inclusive society.

The presentations by governmental, national and international partners focused on the prospects for collaborations and investment in the economy of the country and its cultural and educational enterprises.

The rich heritage of the Tajik nation and its literary and intellectual traditions were also considered as part of the general and comprehensive approach towards the advancement of Tajikistan as a democratic country with its own identity and exclusive place in the international arena.

On the occasion of Tajikistan Day in the UK, Embassy of Tajikistan and Trade Representative of Tajikistan in the UK with support of Ismaili Centre organised performance (concert) of the famous and beloved Tajikistan singer Ms. Mehrnigori Rustam in London.
