On September 14, 2021, a working meeting of the Ambassadors of the member countries and observers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization was held under the Chairmanship of Tajikistan. During the meeting, the Ambassador of Tajikistan Masud Khalifazoda provided the participants with information on Tajikistan’s Chairmanship in the SCO.

Also, within the framework of this meeting, the Ambassador of Tajikistan proposed to create the SCO Ambassadors Club and to hold its subsequent meetings on a regular basis.

Taking this opportunity, within the framework of the meeting, the 30th anniversary of the Independence of Tajikistan was celebrated.
