It should be mentioned that OJSC “Commerzbank Tajikistan”, as a socially responsible bank, was one of the first initiators to take part in establishing a call centre with 30 professional doctors for assisting people of Tajikistan with relevant information on issues related to current coronavirus infection.
The contact centre is located in the main building of OJSC “Commerzbank of Tajikistan” with all the necessary infrastructure and equipment.
The initiative was implemented within the financial support of OJSC “Commerzbank of Tajikistan” in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population and the Institute of Postgraduate Education in Healthcare of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The call centre receives inquiries on absolutely any issues related to coronavirus infection. People can get prompt information on the symptoms and preventing measures of COVID-19, information about the availability of drugs in pharmacies and any other important matters concerning to subject. In cases when the issues are not in the competence of the call centre, they will be promptly redirected to the relevant Tajik departments.
As it was noted by the leadership of the Bank - “Now, each of our team is going through the current situation together with our people. No one is safe from this disease. As human beings, we are all worried about our families and people close to us. Due to this, as a socially responsible body, we could not close our eyes and stand back, there was a great desire to contribute to the fight against the pandemic”.
