Today, within the initiative of Tajikistan Embassy in the UK a video-meeting was held between the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of Tajikistan, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Tajikistan and Export Credits Guarantee Department (UKEF).

During the video-meeting the sides exchanged views on the financing of investment projects in Tajikistan in various fields, as well as coordination of activities in this area.

UK Export Finance (UKEF) is the United Kingdom's export credit agency and a ministerial department of the UK government. It has been formed in 1919 and today, its maximum commitment stands at £50 billion. The main aim of the UKEF is to help the UK firms to invest overseas, by providing guarantees, insurance and reinsurance against loss.
