Event devoted to the development of miniature art in Tajikistan

On November 8, 2017 the Embassy organised the meeting dedicated to the opening ceremony of the Art Exhibition of various artistic works by one of the miniature Tajik painter Olim Kamalov where Mr. Kamalov personally took part as a special guest and made a speech.

There was presented a collection of his miniature works and also was made a presentation under the title "Development of miniature art in independent Tajikistan".

The event was attended by honourable guests from the United Kingdom, students and Tajikistan citizens.

Then, participants of the meeting expressed their views on the issues related to the role of literature and culture in the process of peace and prosperity, stability, mutual understanding and cooperation between the peoples and states, and were emphasized that culture for humanity is the most important value, contributing the improvement of aesthetic taste.
