The contest is organized and conducted by the Embassies of the CSTO member states with support of the office of “Rossotrudnichestvo” in London. 
Drawings are accepted from October 16 to October 31, 2017. Age categories - preschool age (4-6 years), primary classes (7-10 years), middle classes (11-14 years).
The drawings of the citizens of Tajikistan must be delivered to the Embassy of Tajikistan to the United Kingdom with a note "To the Children's Drawing Contest".
The first three places of each age category will be rewarded with memorable gifts, children's books, as well as prizes with CSTO symbols.
The awarding ceremony will be held at the office of “Rossotrudnichestvo” in November. The exact date will be further notified to the participants of the Contest. 
Requirements:
• Works which will be submitted to the Contest, can be performed in any technique of visual arts (felt-tip pen, gouache, watercolour, pastel, oil, tempera) in A4 format. The picture should include information about the participant: name and surname, age and contact details of the participant (If available) and his parents.
• Works must be performed without any assistance of parents, teachers or other adults.
• Works can be in horizontal and vertical format.
